In Palestine, where hope has been tested by countless difficulties, amidst their struggles, the sacred occasion of Eid al-Adha arrives, bringing with it the promise of unity, sacrifice, and divine blessings. However, for many families in Palestine, participating in the joy of Qurban seems like an unattainable dream.
Inspired by the words of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ who taught us that "the best among you is the one who benefits others the most,"
the campaign aims to provide 1kg of meat from either a lamb or sheep that has undergone all required veterinary and health checks as per the Ministry of Agriculture and Municipalities' regulations for sacrificial animal slaughtering procedures, will be provided to vulnerable families during the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
The sacrificial animals will be slaughtered, skinned, cut, weighed, and packaged in licensed and authorized slaughterhouses, under the guidance of a veterinary specialist accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture. The fresh meat will then be distributed to the beneficiaries on the same day to revive their spirits, surrounding them with the love and compassion that defines the essence of Qurban.
