• Provide wheelchairs for the disabled and wounded in Gaza from wars in September 2022 and May 2021

How will the raised funds help the beneficiaries?

• Assist wounded and those with special needs in accepting and adapting their integration into the community.
• Strengthen the rehabilitation service for the wounded and those with special needs by providing them with wheelchairs.
• Alleviate the economic burden on the families of those wounded by providing them with free medical wheelchairs.
• The wounded and those with special needs in wheelchairs are helpful for their mobility.
• Strengthening trust between the wounded and the disabled on the one hand and supporting institutions on the other.

What are the plans for the beneficiaries:

• Help the wounded overcome impairments enabling them to be active, participating, and productive members of society.
• Share with other community health and rehabilitation programs and referral to a wheelchair service center where appropriate, and support the wounded and the disabled for follow-up, maintenance, and repair in the community.
• Support accessibility, including the adaptation of the wounded’s environment such as wider doors and ramps.
• Link with education, employment, and other key development sectors.
