Special Ramadan Event

Itthadul Madaris Al Arkaniah (United Arakan Institute Malaysia) a.k.a UAIM, has helped shelter displaced children torn from their families. To date, more than 300 Rohingya refugee children are currently under their care. UAIM also provides these children with quality education and necessities in hopes to give them a chance at a better future. 

Our campaign for UAIM was adopted by the prestigious Selangor Football Club to be featured on their charity microsite. This Ramadan, GlobalSadaqah in collaboration with Selangor Football Club will be organizing an Iftar for Rohingya refugee children on the 8th Day of Ramadan. This Iftar will be attended by Tengku Amir Shah Ibn Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah who is the current Crown Prince of Selangor.

This will be a unique opportunity for the children to meet with the Crown Prince and also get the chance to meet the players of Selangor Football Club. It would be a memory that they will cherish for the rest of their lives and a good change from their usual routine. 

The children will have their Iftar at the stadium, followed by taraweeh, and then watch a game of football. 

Donations to this campaign will be used to provide Eid gifts and iftar for the children along with the related transportation costs.

Throughout the last few months, our donors have helped Itthadul Madaris Al Arkaniah (United Arakan Institute Malaysia) sustain and made an impact on the lives of the refugee children living there. The children have been showing great progress both in their Islamic studies, memorization of the Quran as well as their academic studies. The school recently managed to get a new science teacher with the focus on science experiments to help the students understand the world better. May Allah bless everyone for building the leaders of tomorrow.
