Alliance Islamic Bank will match donations 1:1, doubling the impact of every contribution (matching capped at RM120,000).
Across Malaysia, many families rely on small businesses to support their livelihoods. From homemade food products to small retail operations, micro-entrepreneurs work tirelessly to build a better future for their families. Yet for many individuals from Asnaf and B40 communities, growth often stalls not because of lack of effort, but because of limited capital, guidance, and access to structured business development.
Many promising entrepreneurs possess strong products and dedicated customer bases, but they remain trapped in survival mode. Without access to scaling capital and mentorship, businesses struggle to expand beyond small neighbourhood markets.
At Accelerate Global, we believe that sustainable poverty reduction requires more than temporary assistance. It requires empowering individuals with the tools and support needed to build lasting economic independence.
At Accelerate Global, we believe in sustainable solutions to reduce poverty. We partner with high-potential alumni from Alliance Islamic Bank’s Economic Empowerment Programme (EEP) who are passionate about entrepreneurship but lack the capital and knowledge to scale their businesses effectively.
Through the SocioBiz Programme by Alliance Islamic Bank, we aim to provide a structured financing and mentorship initiative that equips up to 21 selected Asnaf and B40 micro-entrepreneurs with the support needed to grow their businesses sustainably.
For these entrepreneurs, scaling a business means more than financial gain. It means providing stability for their families, creating employment opportunities within their communities, and building a dignified path toward long-term financial independence.
Your support allows these individuals to move beyond survival—and build sustainable success.
Many promising entrepreneurs struggle to move beyond survival due to limited resources and guidance. With your support, we address three key challenges:
Income Management: Every ringgit provided is tied to a revenue-generating business goal.
Fund Optimisation: Funds are directed toward growth areas such as expanding market reach and improving product quality.
Continued Growth: Entrepreneurs are supported to move beyond survival mode toward serving higher-income customers and preparing for national distribution.
Our Goal: Provide Capital for High-Impact Scaling
We are raising funds to provide essential scaling capital for these entrepreneurs.
Funding will be disbursed based on performance and adherence to approved business plans, with individual grants ranging from RM2,000 to RM6,000. Your contribution will support key growth areas:
Revenue / Sales: Place products in more outlets and maintain consistent stock, targeting 30–50% income growth within four months.
Outreach & Customer Database: Reach premium customers and convert first-time buyers into repeat supporters.
Product Quality & Packaging: Upgrade product quality and packaging to become petrol station-ready and café/restaurant-ready, ensuring safety, durability, and shelf readiness.
Why Your Contribution Matters: Structured Accountability
The SocioBiz Programme ensures strong accountability, ensuring your donation generates measurable impact.
Month 1: Foundation & Presentation (Zero Funding Risk): Entrepreneurs undergo training in financial projections, budget planning, and risk assessment. No funds are disbursed until the business plan is approved by Alliance Islamic Bank (AIS).
Months 2–3: Execution & Monitoring: Funds are released in stages to implement approved plans.
Entrepreneurs attend bi-weekly coaching sessions and submit progress reports on execution and risk management.
At the end of the programme, entrepreneurs submit a final impact report showing:
Actual sales performance
Comparison against projections
Evidence of business growth
Through the Alliance Islamic Bank SocioBiz partnership, every contribution has a greater impact. Every RM10 donated will be matched 1:1 by Alliance Islamic Bank, turning RM10 into RM20. (Matching capped at RM120,000.) Every contribution brings a high-potential entrepreneur closer to sustainable financial independence and job creation.
